Weekday Visit in 1639

ATTENTION: For in person visits ----- Do not visit if you are experiencing any symptoms --- All visits are limited to 30 minutes. Arrive and leave on time --- Only 2 visitors at a time over the age of five are permitted per visit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. One child under the age of Five will be permitted to join both visitors during the visitation period. --- All visitors must bring their own face covering to use during the entire visit. All visitors will also be provided a blue surgical mask to wear over top of their face covering for the entire visit --- Fully vaccinated residents may choose to have close contact with their visitor while wearing a well-fitting face mask and performing hand hygiene before and after --- Visitors are encouraged to remain six feet away from their loved one and must stay away six feet from other residents and staff in the building for the entire visit
